Are your handles made from solid brass?

Yes. All our hardware is made from solid brass, not plated or coated base metals. Each piece is cast, machined, and hand-finished to achieve its unique aged patina.

What’s the difference between solid brass and brass-plated hardware?

Solid brass means the entire piece is made of brass through and through. Brass-plated hardware has only a thin surface layer of brass over another metal, like steel or zinc which can wear off over time. Whereas solid brass will only improve with age.

Will the brass change colour over time?

Yes, and that’s part of the charm. Brass naturally oxidises and develops a patina as it reacts to the environment and touch. For this reason it's often referred to as a living finish

Are all pieces identical in colour and finish?

No two pieces are exactly the same. Because each one is hand-finished, subtle variations in tone and texture are part of what makes them special.

Is your brass lacquered or coated?

No. We leave our hardware unlacquered so it can continue to age naturally.

Do you offer samples?

We don’t offer free samples, but you’re welcome to order a individual units and if they're not quite right, you can return them within 30 days.

Do your handles and knobs come with screws?

Yes, all our hardware comes with fixings. Front fix products come with matching screws and rear fix products come with M4 25mm bolts.

If you need longer bolts just send us a message and we'll get those swapped over.

Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

We process all orders within 1–2 working days, then shipping times depend on where you are. UK orders aim to arrive within 2–3 working days, and international deliveries can take anywhere between 3–15 days. Once your order’s on its way, we’ll email you the delivery details and tracking info.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your country’s customs office might charge import taxes or fees when your parcel arrives. These aren’t included in our prices or shipping costs, so they’ll be your responsibility if applied.

Every country’s rules are a bit different, so it’s worth checking locally before ordering. We’ll always make sure your parcel is well packed and sent promptly, but customs delays can occasionally happen — thanks for your patience if they do.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail (48 Tracked), DPD, or UPS, depending on the size and weight of the order. For international deliveries, we ship with UPS and FedEx

I need my order urgently, can you ship any quicker?

Returns

Can I return my product?

Yes, you’re welcome to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We just ask that you cover the return postage.
